What to look forward to

Just a few headlines taken off Google...

Amy Winehouse Diagnosed With Emphysema, Singer's Father Says

The article goes on to speculate that it's probaly due to smoking crack and cigarettes. Really? That's bad for your lungs Dr?

Democratic Rivals Meet Again as Partners in Obama's Bid to Beat McCain
As a general rule of thumb it's never a good idea to choose a power hungry rival you can't trust who would just as soon throw you off the top of a building as your running mate and second in command.

Fed Up, Surfers Take on Paparrazi in Malibu
I don't know what's better, the fact that this was all over Matthew McConaughey, or the fact that these surfers were protecting a break with a three foot swell. Loved how Salma Hayek locked herself in the house for three months, and the Parker quote is hilarious.(As well as the gallery of shots from the 15 year old kid. Way to toe the line ABC!)

Anti-illegal immigration groups confront upcoming presidential realities
Apparently Obama and McCain see them as overzealous nuts... I have more sympathy for Matthew McConaughey's plight.

More Than 90 Percent of Americans Believe in God, Study Finds
According to the article "One in five people who say they are atheists" believe in a higher spiritual power. Unfortunately the article doesn't explain how one is able to profess being an atheist while at the same time agreeing to the fact that they do indeed believe in God.
I'm a democrat but I vote republican?
It goes on to say, and I quote "Majorities also believe that angels and demons are at work in the world and that miracles occur today as they did in ancient times..."
